I attended the 3-7 event, but don't understand 1) exactly how single payer reduces cost, 2)who it is that is negotiating the cost reductions, 3) what happens to the current employees of the health insurers, and 4) how small business can afford the new health wage tax if they can't afford insurance premiums right not. Thanks.
